Conviction
It’s been a different experience making the jump to lead pastor. Mostly good. What has caught me by surprise is the conviction to not hold back. My “old self” is fighting it but I’m realizing that no matter what, I need to not be afraid and just lay it out on the line. I need to lead.
I think of God’s message to Joshua in the first chapter of Joshua. He constantly urges Him not to be afraid for God is with him.
Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Just do it. Don’t hold back. No regrets.
