Funerals

Part of doing the lead pastor thing is the duty of doing the “Marrying and burying”.  Joyous and sad occasions.  Such an honor to be apart of both occasions.

So I’m prepping for a funeral.  Death stinks sometimes.  I was listening to a play list I entitled “Down Stuff” for days when I feel like being depressed to get prepped for the “mood”.  The one that I can’t even listen to the whole time is Alanis Morissette’s “Torch“.  One to make you cry…but it’s such a good song.

OK, need to regroup…nothing like the “Up Stuff” play list to get things back on track.
