Lost Tonight

Tonight is the season premiere. Why did they move it to Thursdays? It totally messes up Office or Apprentice. At some point I want to pick up an Archos w/DVR to record stuff.
I have a love/hate relationship with Lost. I loved the first season. The character development was amazing. But in two and three for different reasons the individuals would jump out of character for some weird unexplained reason. Locke is a prime example. Awesome in the first season with all the wisdom and compassion and then selfish and rash in recent episodes. Seyid is another. A trained soldier yet gets caught making stupid mistakes getting himself captured. Jack on the other hand has always been emotionally irrational and egotistical. I like Sawyer ever since we saw him at Disneyland. Ben is amazing. But if he really didn’t want Jack to make the call, he would have been more specific about the reason.
After seeing the last episode last night, I think in the flash forward the reason why Jack wanted to go back is because him and Kate (and I think some of the new others) got back and the rest perhaps are still on the island. I would guess Jun and Jin, Locke, Hurley, and the older couple. Maybe even Sawyer but I think he’s going to sacrifice himself at some finale.
What I hate is having to wait so long between episodes when they don’t give you all the answers and instead give you more questions.

Talking to everyone in the office, we’re worried we’re going to be disappointed.  But it also could be a rebound season and turn out pretty awesome.
